Ms. Rogan focuses her practice on helping individuals during their time of need, whether same is the result of financial misfortune, arrest, domestic disturbance, or injury. Ms. Rogan is a frequent and respected contributor to Maryland State Bar Association forums relating to bankruptcy services and debtor’s rights. Ms. Rogan has recently been elected by her peers to the Maryland State Bar Association’s Consumer Bankruptcy Section Council.

Prior to partnership with Staiti Rogan, Ms. Rogan was a solo practitioner and attorney with the Law Offices of David L. Ruben, P.A. and Saiontz, Kirk, & Miles, P.A. Her pre-law career highlights include serving as a Vice President for HBW Financial Group, Inc.
